| This machine is equipped with a manual entry module of 2000 mm and a motorized exit module of 2000 mm with a machine structure open on the upper side. Powder spray painted steel-made structure for higher resistance to corrosion. Washing unit equipped with four cylindrical nylon-made brushes ( two in front and two rear). Water recycle tank equipped with pump. Rinsing unit with possibility to connection to a water demineralizer. Thermic protection of the motor and of the low voltage control circuit. Drying system utilizing two blowers with high pressure fan. Inspection lights panel on the exit module with safety limit switch. Emergency push button to stop all moving parts. All control circuits which are in contact with the operator are in security low voltage 24 Vac. Safety protections against access to the dangerous parts of the machine according to the European norms. | ||
